Established by Mrs. Amalia Roosseno in 1986 under the name of AMROOS LAW CONSULTANT, Law Firm AMR PARTNERSHIP is an independent boutique firm specializing in the field of Intellectual Property Laws that has developed through decades and now ranked among the largest of its kind in Indonesia.
True to our core spirit and commitment since the very beginning, AMR practices are dedicated to providing IPR-related legal services to both domestic and international clients seeking optimal protection for their IPR assets.
Strongly committed to always perform and deliver our services professionally up the highest level of quality and satisfaction, in 2007 the firm received ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management Services. The firm also consistently ranks among the top tier of IP law firms in Indonesia according to various international publications.
Our services at AMR covers all IP regimes for which legal protection is available in Indonesia, and offered in such a broad spectrum from as early as pre-registration search and/or analysis, prosecution of the registration process at the IP Office and other regulatory bodies, up to the enforcement through court/ off-court litigation as well as transfers and/or commercialization of IP rights.
In November 2010, the firm relocated from its homestyle office of 24 years to a new premise occupying two-thirds of a single floor in a new ‘state-of-the-art’ office building in South Jakarta. At the same time, the firm also adopted AMR PARTNERSHIP as its new identity, replacing AMROOS & PARTNERS, thus initiating a newly refreshed era.
