This page explains what information is collected when you visit amr.co.id or contact us, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.

AMR Partnership (AMROOS Law Consultant) is responsible for the personal data described here.

Information you give us

When you send the quote request form, we receive:

  • your name, company, email address and phone number;
  • the country and service you choose;
  • your message.

We use this only to answer your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. A copy of each enquiry is stored on our website service provider’s server so that no enquiry is lost. We keep it for up to 2 years and then delete it.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use that conversation only to reply to you and serve you.

Information collected automatically

When you browse this site, we record usage statistics:

  • pages opened, and how long each part of a page is viewed;
  • how far a page is scrolled;
  • clicks on links and buttons, including WhatsApp, phone, email and form submissions;
  • where the visit came from, such as the referring website, campaign tags and ad click codes;
  • your IP address, device type, browser, and approximate country and city.

To recognise later visits from the same browser, we store a random code in your browser, not a cookie. We never record what you type on this site.

IP addresses and device details are kept for at most 90 days. Summary statistics without IP addresses may be kept longer.

Why we use it

We use this information to improve this website, our advertising and our services. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with others, except the services listed below.

Third-party services

This site also uses:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure visits and the results of our advertising. These services may use cookies.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect our form from spam.
  • Google Tag Manager, to load these tools.
  • Google Maps, on the contact page, to show a map.

Each of these services follows its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you may ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it.

Send your request to amr@amr.co.id and we will reply as soon as we can.
